BUSINESS CENTRAL PRICES

A 'Full User' license is for those employees whose work requires that they have access to the functionality-rich business applications. It may be employees who work with sales, customer service, finance or supply chain management. 'The 'full user' license is the type of license previously known as 'Pro User' license. 

Full users are licensed per named user base through a Business Central subscription and may be either on the Essentials or Premium version of Business Central. 

With the Essentials version of Business Central, you get stable business functionality across finance, supply chain management, CRM, HR and much more.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential license costs $70 per named user per month.

The 'Premium' version of Business Central consists of all the functionality of the Essentials version, but enhances the ERP application with two additional efficient components, service management and production.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium license costs $100 per named user per month.

The Team Member license can often represent a significant proportion of users in a company. These users may need to consume data or reports from the business system, complete less demanding tasks such as time or expense imports and HR updates. Business Centrals team member license may also be for heavier users of the system, who does not require full user functionality. These additional users can be licensed with Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Member license costs $8 per named user per month.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members subscription is a 'named users' subscription which is designed for users of the company who are not necessarily bound to one particular functionality, but only requires fundamental Dynamics 365 functionality. Team member license includes read access and limited write access to selected and light tasks across Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as limited functionality for that user.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Members users can do the following:

• Read within Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Update existing data and entries in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Existing data means records such as customer, or seller of items already created. Entries means specific entries which, from an accounting perspective, must be updated to specific information (for example, due date on customer's financial statement).
• Approve or reject tasks in all workflows assigned to a user
• Create, edit or delete a quote
• Create, edit or delete personal information
• Enter a journal for Jobs
• Use PowerApps for Dynamics 365
